About Kerjakan
Get it done — with someone local who wants the work.
Last updated 20 October 2026
Kerjakan means "get it done". That's the whole idea.
Every neighbourhood in Malaysia already has the people you need. Someone two streets away has mounted a hundred TVs. Someone in the next block services aircond for a living and has a free afternoon. The work exists and the skill exists — they just can't find each other. So the tap keeps dripping for another month, and a good tradesperson sits idle waiting on word of mouth.
Kerjakan is how the two find each other. You describe the job and what you're willing to pay. Local traders who want it send you their price. You pick the one you like, agree between yourselves, and get it done.
Why we built it
Finding someone reliable usually means asking around and hoping. Getting hired usually means waiting for someone to pass on your number. Both sides deserve better than luck.
We think the person who does good work should get more of it, and that should depend on the work itself — not on who they happen to know. A rating you earned on real jobs should travel with you and open the next door.
How it works
- Post what you need. The job, where it is, and your budget. Free, and it takes a minute.
- Get offers. Local traders send their price and how they'd approach it. Compare their ratings and past work.
- Pick one. Accept an offer and agree the details in the chat.
- Pay safely, and it's released when the job is done. All payments are handled by Billplz, a trusted third-party payment provider. Once the job is done and settled, the tasker is paid. Then you both leave a review.
What we stand for
- The work speaks. Ratings come from real completed jobs, from both sides. A tasker rates a client too.
- Local first. Built for how Malaysia actually works — our states, our cities, our trades, our way of paying.
- No games with the price. The number you agree is the number. We don't bury a fee in it.
- Anyone can start. No membership, no lead fees, no queue. Make your profile and quote on a job today.
Keeping it safe
A marketplace is only worth using if you can trust the other side. Here's what we actually do — and what we don't:
- Reviews both ways. Clients rate taskers, taskers rate clients. Nobody is anonymous to the person they worked with.
- Verified taskers. Traders can submit their IC or SSM for a verified badge. Those documents are kept private and never published.
- Contact details stay off the chat. Phone numbers, emails and account numbers are hidden from messages. It keeps the conversation here, where we can see what was agreed if a dispute comes up — and it keeps your details out of a stranger's hands.
- We read the chat when there's a dispute. If something goes wrong, our team can review the conversation to work out what happened. Every time we do, that access is recorded.
- Report anything. A job or a person can be reported from the app, and we act on it.
Your payment is handled by a trusted third party, Billplz. When you hire someone, you pay through Kerjakan. That protects you from scammers: the tasker is not paid before the work is done, and no one needs to ask you for a bank transfer outside the app. Once the job is done and settled, the tasker is paid. If the job is cancelled or the price changes, the payment is refunded, adjusted or released as the cancellation rules say, and it is all shown clearly in the job. Kerjakan's service fee is taken at that point, and you see it before you pay.
What we don't do: we don't insure the work. Agree the price and what "done" looks like before anyone starts. We're the introduction, the record, and the referee if there's a dispute, not a party to your agreement.
Who runs Kerjakan
Kerjakan is owned and operated by Airevo Technology (www.airevo.my).
Kerjakan is not yet a separate company. For now it is a product of Airevo Technology, which builds the website and apps, runs the service, looks after your data and answers your support questions. When you use Kerjakan, Airevo Technology is the business you are dealing with, and it is the operator behind our Terms, Privacy Policy and Payment Policy.
We are setting up Kerjakan as its own registered company (Sdn Bhd). When that is done, the ownership and operation of the platform will move to the new company and we will update this page. We will tell you if anything changes about how your account or your data is handled.
We're just getting started
Kerjakan is new. You're early, and that means the platform is still taking its shape around what you need from it. If something is broken, missing, or just annoying, we'd genuinely like to hear it — early users decide what this becomes.
