The agreement between you and Kerjakan.

These terms cover your use of Kerjakan. By posting a job, making an offer, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to them.
What Kerjakan is
Kerjakan is a marketplace. We introduce people who need a job done to local traders who can do it. We are not a party to the agreement between you. The person doing the work is not our employee, and we don't supervise, direct or guarantee the work.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give accurate information.
- You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person, one account.
Posting jobs and making offers
- Describe the job honestly, including anything that affects the price.
- An accepted offer is an agreement between the two of you on the price and the work.
- Only the person who posted a job can accept an offer on it.
Payment
Payment happens directly between the two of you — in cash, or by scanning the tasker's QR code. Kerjakan does not hold your money.
Keeping it on the platform
Contact details and account numbers are hidden from chat. Please keep your conversation on Kerjakan: it's how we can help if there's a dispute, and it's what protects both sides.
Behaviour
Don't use Kerjakan to harass anyone, to post anything unlawful, to misrepresent who you are or what you can do, or to scam anyone. We can hide a job, suspend an account, or refuse service.
Objectionable content and abusive users
Kerjakan has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Anyone may report a job, a message or a person from the safety menu in the app or on the website, and may block another user; blocking hides that person's content from you immediately and stops either of you messaging the other.
Messages and job listings are filtered automatically: abusive language is removed before it reaches anyone, and our moderators are alerted. We review every report within 24 hours and remove offending content and the account behind it.
Reviews
Reviews must reflect a real job. Don't trade, buy or retaliate with reviews.
Liability
We provide the platform as-is. We're not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of work arranged through it, and any dispute about the work itself is between the two of you — though we'll help where we can.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page.
